This loan was particularly difficult. Susan went above and beyond to make sure this loan closed. I couldn’t be more grateful that she was the loan officer on this transaction. Not sure anyone else would have gotten this one done!

1 - a better interest rate at the first moment so I wouldn’t go look the market find a better one to start negotiating;
2 - communicate about more options on how to reduce interest rates, I was able to better understand because I research the market;
3 - agent was always available to talk and reply email fast but I missed a little of proactively since I was constantly remembering/requesting status of the process and at the end when everything was fine and we were in advance in time we lost the closing date.

Underwriter dragged feet and originator seemed unable to influence. As a result CD was released in 11th hour. No reason for lag as everything was in hand several days prior to closing date.
