Susan always made her self available to answer questions and find updates almost immediately
Her communication throughout the entire process was superb. If she didn't know an answer she got back to me quickly with the answer.

We were given estimates on what the rate would be and the rate we got was much higher. I know that Ms. Lane does not set the rates, but it would have been better to know that we were going to get one higher than we expected. Also, it took longer to close than anticipated - again - not really Ms. Lane's fault as she can only provide us information that comes from others. Again, if we knew it would take until December to close we would have been better prepared.

I can't say enough about Susan and how well she took care of us. In a super busy environment of low interest rates and high demand, Susan put up with constant emails and worked diligently for me in moving my file through. She was kind and responsive and got back to me regardless of the time of day or night. She was a complete professional and kept me as informed and up to date as was possible.
